Eclectic designer, Thomas Pacconi ("Thomas Pacconi Classics"), made Christmas Decor, Ornaments, Dolls, Music Boxes, Die-Cast Car Display Cases, and human-size chairs around 2007. These chairs included Colonial-Era, Victorian-Style Queen Anne Rockers & Parlour Chairs and President's Arm-Chairs. These Collectible, Limited Edition, Full-Size Human chairs were usually available via QVC / HSN Shopping Networks. Around 2015, he retired from/closed the family business. Through our in-house research, we believe this OOAK Victorian DOLL-SIZE Scale Parlor Chair is a Salesman's Sample that may have been a PROTOTYPE a for HUMAN-SIZE Scale series of chairs that were never built. Based on our findings, in addition to the QUALITY of Workmanship, the UNIQUE feet & the COA on the bottom of this NEVER-BEFORE-SEEN chair, we believe this was a PROTOTYPE.
