  • Interior Round Wood Base of Carriage can Accommodate up to a 10" round single-layer cake plate, or a 10" Base of 2-Tiered, 3-Tiered or 4-Tiered cake; FURTHERMORE, you can use up to a 12" diameter PEDESTAL Cake Plate with Stand (with or without Domed Lid) sitting on top of round center wood cake plate (see photo).

In our EXAMPLE photos with the glass domed pedestal cake stand (not included) we used, approximately measured as follows: 
  • 12" (H with dome, 4 1/2" H without dome/pedestal cake stand alone) x 12" (W). 
  • The round base of the glass pedestal cake stand was about 4 3/4" Wide/Diameter  -- we even put a battery-powered votive candle inside pedestal base for a warm, lovely effect, as a suggested presentation (votive candle not included)! 
  • The domed pedestal cake stand weighed 8.51lbs.
  • You can also use round wood base of the Carriage to set a Rectangular 9" x 12" sheet cake, too (just be sure to use proper support for the bottom of the rectangular cake to lay it on the carriage's round wood base)!

The only issue is that a couple of the wheels are slightly warped/wobbly (as seen in photos, barely noticeable) due to shelf-ware; however, the cake stand carriage is STURDY, FUNCTIONAL & easily ROLLS!
