Haspel Vintage Red Madras 1970s Sport Coat Jacket Windowpane Plaid Men's Hipster Blazer
 
Never worn.  Clean.  No stains, no fading, no rips, no tears, no odors, no scents, no loose buttons, no loose seams.
 
Originally sold by historic S. H. Heironimus Department Store, Roanoke, Virginia
Colors:  material red, white and blue, lining is red, pocket lining is beige, and buttons are maroon.
 
Mannequin used is a men's size 40; however, here are blazer's approximate measurements when laid flat and buttons fastened:
Collar to shoulder (9.5"): we placed the measuring tape at the middle of the collar and pulled down to the tip of the shoulder
Shoulder to sleeve (24"): we measured from the tip of the shoulder down to the bottom of the sleeve
Shoulder to shoulder width (18.5"): we placed the measuring tape at the corner of one shoulder and pulled across to the other shoulder.
Upper arm bicep width (8"): we placed the measuring tape in the middle of the upper arm and measure from one side of the sleeve to the other.
Forearm width (6.5"): we placed the measuring tape in the middle of the forearm and measured from one side of the sleeve across to the other.
Chest width (20" [Men's SIZE 40"]): we measured from the bottom-center of one armhole across the chest to the bottom-center of the opposite armhole.
Waist width (18.5"): we placed the measuring tape where the natural waist would fall, usually a bit lower than halfway down the blazer, and measured from one side of the jacket across to the other.
Front length neck to hem (30"): we placed the measuring tape in the middle of the collar and pulled it down vertically to the bottom of the jacket.
Hip width (23"): we measured from one of the bottom corners of the jacket across to the other.
Sleeve hole width (5"): we measured the width of the sleeve by placing the measuring tape at one corner of the sleeve hold and pulling it across to the other side. 
Chest lapels are about 4.5" at their widest.
